The chiller quality is very good, and has been upgraded recently. We have tried other 1hp chillers from competition, especially cheaper ones, and it NEVER was even close to good. Their products however are of really good quality. They keep upgrading their products. We experienced a problem with an older version of the chiller, but I must say that the service and the willingness of Hedy and her team to solve problems has been very much appreciated. We will keep doing business with them for as long as possible.

Excellent manufacturing and assembly. This is a beautiful water chiller that functions as promised. Hedy was instrumental in getting these amazing chillers built and in our hands extremely quickly. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thanks Hedy!
